The core of MJ compliance is 24/7 surveillance of everything from Seed 2 Sale.  MJ is the most surveilled industry in the world. During this time they made reports to the CO MMED Medical Marijuana Enforcement division now just MED.  The reports along with feedback was used to formulate MJ laws in CO. HSC knows all the laws and why they are in place. Their representative’s feedback helped write the laws.
